In 2020 we first began our journey of working with Roke – a brand that has been driving world-class innovation and engineering for over 60 years. Although Roke started life in the beautiful location of Romsey in the UK, their innovations can be found all over the globe. From computer vision that powered the world’s first autonomous landing of a drone at sea; to
AI systems that are speeding up the time consuming analysis of CT scans, it all began at Roke.
Since our introduction in 2020 we’ve placed a number of technical candidates at multiple locations with Roke, and the plans for 2022 are even bigger than before! Roke is looking to dramatically scale their tech teams across their UK sites in Romsey, Gloucester, London and Manchester, and to help them achieve this we have activated an exciting partnership through our new solution Scalability. The partnership will focus on an extensive recruitment drive, sourcing a variety of candidates from Cyber Security, to Software Engineers, AI and Machine Learning and much more. In addition to this we will also be delving deep into their employer brand, helping to showcase all of the unique ways that Roke have shaped their proposition to be a great place to work for their people.
